By using Little Prince Tarot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.
1. The Service
Little Prince Tarot provides tarot card drawing, AI-assisted reading text, reading history, subscription features, and related experiences. The service is provided for entertainment, reflection, and personal insight.
2. Entertainment Only
Readings are not predictions, guarantees, or professional advice. The app does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, employment, safety, or emergency advice. Do not rely on readings as a substitute for qualified professional judgment or urgent assistance.
If you are facing an emergency or may harm yourself or another person, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis support service immediately.
3. AI-Generated Content
Some reading content is generated with AI systems. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, delayed, or unavailable. You are responsible for evaluating any content before acting on it.
We may update models, prompts, routing, safety systems, and fallback providers without changing the app version when needed to improve quality, reliability, cost, or safety.
4. Accounts and Eligibility
The app currently uses an anonymous device-based account model. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and app data. You must be at least 13 years old to use Little Prince Tarot.
5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
Paid features may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions or other in-app purchases processed by Apple. Subscription availability, pricing, trial eligibility, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are controlled by Apple and the App Store purchase flow.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled through your Apple account settings before renewal.
- Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
- Refund requests must be submitted through Apple unless Apple directs otherwise.
- We use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements and purchase state.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Violate laws, regulations, platform rules, or the rights of others.
- Submit content that is abusive, hateful, exploitative, sexually explicit involving minors, or intended to cause harm.
- Seek instructions for self-harm, violence, fraud, illegal activity, or evading safety systems.
- Reverse engineer, overload, scrape, probe, or disrupt the app, backend, AI providers, or infrastructure.
- Attempt to extract API keys, prompts, system instructions, or other protected service internals.
7. User Content
You may submit questions, context, feedback, or support messages. You are responsible for what you submit. You grant us permission to process that content as needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The app, design, software, text, brand elements, and related content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose.
9. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms, app features, prices, supported providers, quotas, or subscription benefits when needed.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or others, abused quotas or infrastructure, or used the app unlawfully. You may stop using the app at any time.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Prince Tarot and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reliance on readings or AI-generated content.
13. Third-Party Services
The app may rely on third-party platforms and services, including Apple, RevenueCat, Cloudflare, analytics providers, diagnostics providers, and AI infrastructure providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
